Instructions
1-Getting started with Cajun Honey Butter Salmon: Begin by heating a skillet over medium heat and adding olive oil to prevent sticking. Pat the 1 lb of salmon pieces dry for the best sear, then season them with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning on the skin side.
2-Cooking the salmon: Once the oil is hot, place the salmon skin side up in the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes to get a nice brown. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3 minutes until itβs opaque and flakes easily.
