🫐 Blueberry Frozen Yogurt Bites offer a healthy and refreshing snack option that combines creamy yogurt and juicy blueberries.
❄️ These easy-to-make bites are perfect for cooling down on warm days and for portion-controlled treats.

  • Total Time: 3 hours 10 minutes
  • Yield: About 12-15 bites (depends on mold size)

Ingredients

– ½ to 1 cup white yogurt (plain, vanilla, coconut, or honey flavors) forms the creamy base

– 1 to 2 tablespoons jam (smooth jam like raspberry recommended; remove large fruit pieces) adds a swirl of sweetness

– Fresh or frozen blueberries provides bursts of flavor and nutrition

Instructions

1-Swirl 1 to 2 tablespoons jam into ½ to 1 cup yogurt without mixing completely, creating a beautiful marble effect.

2-Fill silicone molds about two-thirds full with the yogurt mixture, making sure to distribute it evenly.

3-Add one blueberry to each mold, pressing it in slightly for that fresh burst in every bite.

4-Add more yogurt to slightly overfill the mold, ensuring the blueberry is covered and secured.

5-Use an offset spatula or butter knife to smooth the surface and remove excess yogurt for clean edges.

6-Freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight until solid, so the bites hold their shape perfectly.

7-Pop out bites from the molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer for later enjoyment.
