– Β½ small napa cabbage, chopped into 1-inch pieces (about 2 cups)

– Large handful of snow peas, trimmed (about ΒΎ cup)

– 4 teaspoons grapeseed oil or other high smoke point vegetable oil

– Kosher salt and white pepper, to season

– ΒΎ cup beef stock

– 1 tablespoon cornstarch

– 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar (substitute regular brown sugar if preferred)

– 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

– 1 tablespoon soy sauce

– 2 teaspoons sesame oil, divided

– 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated

Instructions

2-Make Sauce: Whisk and simmer sauce until thickened.
