– 1 tightly packed cup brown sugar

– 2 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk at room temperature (about 55g each)

– 1/3 cup full-fat sour cream (yogurt is a substitute)

– 80g (5 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted

– 1/3 cup vegetable oil (neutral flavor)

– 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
