1 (16.3 ounce) can refrigerated biscuits

1 pound lean ground beef

Β½ onion, finely chopped

3 slices bacon, chopped

β…“ cup cream cheese

1 tablespoon ketchup

2 tablespoons barbecue sauce

1 teaspoon yellow mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

5 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into 10 cubes

1 egg white

Sesame seeds

Instructions

1-Preheat oven to 375Β°F.

2-Brown ground beef, bacon, and onion in a large pan until cooked; drain grease.

3-Add cream cheese, ketchup, barbecue sauce, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir over low heat until cream cheese melts. Allow mixture to cool.

4-Roll each biscuit out very thin (about 4-5 inches across).

5-Place 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto each rolled biscuit and top with one cheddar cheese cube.

6-Wrap the biscuit dough tightly around the filling, sealing the edges well.

7-Place bombs seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

8-Brush tops with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

9-Place in oven and immediately reduce heat to 350Β°F. Bake for 13-16 minutes, or until lightly browned.

10-Serve warm.
