Instructions

1-First, press most of the crumb mixture firmly into an 8×8-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper, reserving some for the top layer.

2-Layer the crumbled almond paste evenly over the pressed base to add that signature nutty flavor.

3-Sprinkle the reserved crumbs on top for the crispy finish that gives these bars their appealing texture.

4-Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes until the bars turn golden and crisp around the edges.

5-After baking, let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting them into pieces for about 10 servings.
