Instructions

5-Flip it and continue until the internal temperature hits 160Β°F (71Β°C), which takes about 30 to 40 minutes more depending on size.
6-Once done, let it rest for 10 minutes before carving with a sharp knife along the bone for the best texture.
7-Preheat the air fryer to 360Β°F (182Β°C) as an alternative if needed.
8-Pat the turkey dry for better seasoning.
9-Apply oil and seasonings evenly.
10-Cook with regular flips to ensure even browning.
11-Check temperature and rest before serving.
