Instructions
1-Prepare all ingredients by shredding cheese, slicing pepperoni, and preheating the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2-Divide the pizza dough into four equal pieces and roll each into a circle on a floured surface.
3-Spread 1/2 cup of pizza sauce on half of each dough circle, leaving the edges clean for sealing.
4-Layer 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and 4 ounces of pepperoni over the sauce, adding more cheese on top if desired.
5-Fold the dough over to form a half-moon shape and seal the edges by crimping with your fingers or pressing with a fork.
6-Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the calzones in it without overcrowding.
7-Air fry at 375°F for 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking. For extra flavor, brush the tops with garlic butter, parmesan, and Italian seasoning after flipping.
8-Remove carefully and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
